Join Reverend Emily Martin, mindfulness meditation teacher and student of Vietnamese Buddhism, on Thursday mornings for a Being Peace Meditation. This community meditation is open and free (donations accepted) for all to participate. The meditation includes some guidance, including visualizations, and some time sitting in silence. Emily interweaves nature imagery and Buddhist philosophy. Collectively, we will rest in the present moment, cultivating peace within ourselves. Please join on Thursday mornings at Machi Yoga in Hood River 8:15-8:45 AM.
