The Artist’s Way Bookclub & Practice Group

Re-awaken your creativity, find inspiration, and start living your dreams.

The Artist's Way Book Club & Practice Group is a supportive space for people who want to nurture their creativity through the practices in The Artist's Way. Together, we read the book, share reflections, and commit to weekly practices like Morning Pages and Artist Dates. The focus isn't on perfection or productivity—it's on building a consistent creative practice, encouraging one another, and creating a welcoming community where participants can reconnect with their creative lives at their own pace. This is a deeply empowering and enriching experience. There is no need to consider yourself “an artist.” This journey is about re-discovering your own wellspring of creativity in whatever form that takes.

Each Week You’ll Experience:

  • Chapter discussions and reflections

  • Creative exercises to deepen self-discovery

  • Encouragement and connection in community

  • Guided meditation, grounding, and relaxation exercises

Dates:

This is a 12-week course. We will meet in-person every other Sunday 4-6 pm (zoom-in option available) at Emily’s home in Hood River. Emily will provide online support the alternating weeks.
