Community Meditation and Book Club Join us for a bi-monthly, free community meditation and book discussion at the Hood River Adult Center.
During the class, we will connect with each other, practice meditation, and discuss JoySpan: The Art and Science of Thriving in Life’s Second Half which is written by Dr. Kerry Burnright. The class runs for one hour from 11 am to noon on the first and third Fridays of the month: September 19th, October 3rd and 17th, November 7th and 21st, December 5th, January 16th, February 6th and 20th, and March 6th and 20th. Note: no class Friday, December 19.
