Community Meditation and Book Club Join us for a bi-monthly, free community meditation and book discussion at the Hood River Adult Center.
During the class, we will connect with each other, practice meditation, and discuss JoySpan: The Art and Science of Thriving in Life’s Second Half which is written by Dr. Kerry Burnright. The class runs from 10:30 to 11`:45 am on the first and third Fridays of the month: September 19th, October 3rd and 17th, November 7th and 21st, December 5th, January 16th, February 6th and 20th, and March 6th and 20th. Note: no class Friday, December 19.
