Emily Martin

In mindfulness meditation, we use an anchor to tether us to the present moment. The practice of mindfulness is to come back again and again to the present, using that anchor. In this 11-minute meditation, we use the sounds that we hear, the sound gate, as our anchor to the present. Enjoy!
