Feelings and Needs Meditation

This is a very straightforward and useful internal check-in process called
"Feelings and Needs Meditation."  I use this when intense feelings arise so that I can quickly assess what's going on for me and what I need to nurture these feelings. I also use this when I don’t really quite know what I’m feeling. Surprisingly, all humans need the same things. This meditation helps me get in touch with what I’m needing and how to meet those needs.
